This fellowship aims to encourage and support young Asian scientists in three fields: 1) Life Science, 2) Physical Science, and 3) Mathematics and Computer Science. Dr. Ozawa has been selected in his contribution to the topological states in photonics crystals with synthetic dimensions and his exploration in the direction of many-body physics in synthetic and tunable AMO platforms.
