We provide treatment for a wide range of diseases, from common diseases such as migraine, epilepsy and cerebrovascular diseases to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, neuromuscular diseases, neuroimmune diseases and central nervous system infections. As for acute ischemic stroke, which is the most common cause of emergency hospitalization, we provide thrombolytic therapy and endovascular treatment in cooperation with the Stroke Center and the Department of Neurosurgery. In addition, in cooperation with the Sleep Medicine Center, we diagnose and treat sleep disorders such as narcolepsy, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) using polysomnography and multiple sleep latency testing. In particular, RBD is attracting attention as a precursor to alpha-synucleinopathies such as Parkinson's disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, and multiple system atrophy; and polysomnography is necessary for its definitive diagnosis.      We are making efforts in research and daily practice to contribute to the improvement of patients' QOL. We would like to provide a flexible workplace where everyone can enjoy learning and working together.      If you are interested in our department, please feel free to contact us. Activities 1.
